EXPERIENCE

Arève MARDIROSSIAN-LECROQ is the founder of AML MONACO ADVISORY Firm that she manages since 2014.

Graduated in business law, her practice has focused on international private law, banking law and business law. She has been practicing in the Principality for over 20 years.

She works in different areas of Monegasque and international law with local and foreign clients: individuals and families - companies and banking and financial institutions. Her expertise allows her to effectively advise the clients in a highly professional, independent and pragmatic way. Arève is duly authorized by decision of the Minister of State, after consulting the Director of Judicial Services, to exercise, in a professional capacity, the functions of tutor, curator or administrator.

Experience
Head of the “France” Legal services within the Legal Department of Banque Indosuez (Crédit Agricole Group) in Paris from 1986 to 1995, before joining the group’s banking subsidiary in Monaco, Crédit Foncier de Monaco, to create and manage for 10 years, the tax and estate planning service. With her team, she assists HNWI clients of the Bank regarding estate planning, succession, structuration of assets, trusts, International private law and business law. Then, she advises the Bank's management on complex issues.In 2008, Arève was appointed head of the Legal Department, and secretary of the bank's Board of Directors and Executive Committee, of Compagnie Monégasque de Banque, in Monaco. Then, from 2011, Arève worked as a legal advisor in a consulting firm in Monaco and brought her skills and know-how. She assists her international HNWI clientele mainly in matters of relocation and installation in the Principality, various family and inheritance issues, structuration of investments, economic activities creation, corporate. She advises international Law Firm and banking & financial institutional, both on the creation of bank establishment and Financial Management Company in Monaco, as well as on operational and regulatory levels, and Monegasque anti- laundering regulation.

Degrees
First Degree Masters in Business Law (University Paris XIII) - Preparation for the entrance to the Regional Center for Professional Training of Lawyers (CRFPA) (Sorbonne – Assas) - Qualified in France as a French Attorney at Law, non registered within the Bar.
